    If you haven’t already booked your first class during our one-on-one introduction call, get your first class scheduled and add it to your calendar.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our facility provides supervised childcare during our 9:00am class time. For all other class times, we have an area for kiddos with a few activities and WIFI if they can be unattended. For liability reasons, children are not permitted in the workout area at any time.

  • What accept all major credit cards, cash or check.

  • We offer a variety of membership options that a tailored to meet your goals. We have both short term and long term commitments available.

  • Yes. You can book just a single class as many times as you want.

  • Wear gym clothes you feel comfortable in. We recommend wearing longer shorts or exercise pants to ensure you feel comfortable while moving around on the floor. Grab your water and that is it!

  • Before trying any new form of exercise, please check with your doctor to be sure they clear you to participate in an exercise program. The Fit30 coaching staff are trained to provide modifications and alternative exercises to ensure you are working at the level your body requires. Please note that personal training may be recommended in certain instances instead of working in a group setting.
